Why "The Vampires Diaries" needs saving

It's hard to believe 6 years have passed since the series first started. What seemed to many like an attempt to ripoff Twilight –not true by the way– ended up outliving the latter, getting an identity of its own, and conquering the hearts of millions around the globe. However, in the last couple of months, the writers have been losing their touch, neglecting their audience, focusing on The Originals –awesome show– and utterly failing at coming up with an original and captivating storyline.

The show might seem like a lost cause at this point but there's hope, I have hope. I know out there, people like me dream of the day they'll be able to see something other than Bonnie trying to escape a prison, witches trying to merge, and the most annoying of all, the repetitive "flip the switch."

This blog is a cry for help. To be honest, I just want my thursday nights to be more entertaining. Every week, depending on demand, I'll post a plot summary for a new storyline to appease the pain from the joke the show has turned into. THESE ARE LEAKED "REJECTS" FROM THE WRITING CREW OF THE SHOW. I always thought they were better than the ones chosen to air.

Godspeed to me :)
